Laughter Yoga is a combination of laughter exercises, deep breathing, stretching & playing. Please come along even if not in the mood to laugh. We will start with gentle sounds. It can be done alone or in a group. It is done as an exercise for well-being. The laughter exercises most of the times turn into real laughter & as it is contagious one can’t help themselves but laugh & then laugh more. What will we do in a session? A one hour Laughter Yoga Session with Anetta could consist of Deep Breathing, Fun Laughter Exercises with childlike playfulness, Free Movement, Silly Dancing, Worst Singing Competition, Speaking Gibberish, making Up Silly Laughter Games on the spot, Laughter Grounding Dance, heart sound meditation, Laughter Meditation & a Guided Relaxation with singing bowls at the end. “I fell in love with laughter yoga
during a laughter meditation session, when we were asked not to do anything
just sit there, but after all the silly exercises we did beforehand it is absolutely
impossible not to burst out laughing. It is very contagious & soon the
whole group was laughing, just couldn't stop. 10 minutes of that- absolutely
liberating & meditative as there were no thoughts just laughter. The good
thing about these released endorphins that bring you a natural high that lasts
